The Management Development Program (PDD) has been designed for people with management experience and responsibility, who feel the need to update their skills to fit the new requirements of their job.
Mainly practice-oriented, the Management Development Program focuses on developing strategic and leadership skills, updates knowledge and helps compare action criteria, decision-making processes and management styles, in the light of peer discussion, enabling a rapid professional and personal growth which is otherwise difficult to achieve.
IEEM adopts a participant-centered learning methodology. Active learning efforts are made by participants, while professors’ role is to encourage and promote learning. This is the most effective approach for the development of managers and executives: learning through critical reflection and mainly by “doing”, i.e. by deciding.
The PDD is aimed at divisional or functional managers that interact with top management, and are therefore required to address problems at that level, having an overall view of the organization.
The admission process requires a personal interview and the completion of an application form.
